The Spring Carnival is in town once again! The “fairground” offers a bustling atmosphere, multiple fair foods and lots of fun.
Put on by Evans United Shows, the carnival is located behind the Broadway Square Mall in Tyler. The fun begins on Thursday, April 21, and packs up on Sunday, May 1. The fair is open daily during those times. The rides start at 6 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on weekends.
The Spring Carnival provides an array of rides and games for guests of all ages. More daring attractions include the Yeet-a-Whirl, the Pendulum, and the Kamikaze. There are also classic rides like the Ferris Wheel and the Super Slide. Furthermore, the park features pay-to-play games with the chance to win stuffed animal prizes.
The grounds host various food tents to refresh guests during the warm spring days. Lemonade stands, deep fried funnel cakes and traditional cotton candy are all part of the carnival atmosphere.
Parking and admissions are free for everyone. To learn more about ticket pricing and options, see the EGuide Magazine Big Calendar for Tyler.
