Hey there! I am Breanna Bolle and am pursuing my degree in Mass Communications. I am excited to be apart of the Patriot Talon to provide information to students across campus and pursue my creative outlets!

In addition to writing for the Patriot Talon, I am also currently a writer for LoveWoodCounty.com, the Wood County Economic Development Council, and have published my first book, "Over the River and Through the Woods." I am pursuing my degree in Spanish in order to work in the church. I've been with the Patriot Talon since 2021 and am having a blast!

Hello, I’m Jayci. I enjoy anime, drawing, and reading. I am excited to join the talon to get further knowledge of production and the graphics aspect of the Talon.

My name is Luke, I enjoy writing, editing, board games, D&D and film. I’m excited to be in the Talon in order to learn more about News production and to gain experience in writing for a News outlet. I am also excited to learn new things while finding stories and to bring my prospective into them, or to report on things i’m interested in to inform, whichever fits the topic.

Hi my name is Macy Weatherford! I’m majoring in Mass Communications and minoring in Graphic Design. I’m so thankful to be a part of The Patriot Talon to have the opportunity to share campus news to students at UT Tyler! So excited for this school year and Talons Up!

I'm Maria Islam, a MCOM: PR student here at UT Tyler. I enjoy graphic designing and multimedia production and I am excited to embrace and do more of what I love through the Talon!

Hello, I’m excited to be apart of The Patriot Talon, because of the experience and skills I’ll be able to acquire being in this organization. I have skills that I feel will be of benefit to this organization, when it comes to media such as photography and videography. I want to be able to utilize these assets when it comes to telling a story either through photography or writing.

I’m a Junior at UT Tyler, and serve as the Ex. Dir. for a nonprofit called the Flint & Steel Coalition. I’m a huge believer in the power of community and I think The Talon has the opportunity to unify our student body. I’ve been obsessed with music my whole life so I’m specifically very interested in the underground music scene here in Tyler.

Hi, my name is Paulina Mata and I’m super excited to be a part of the Patriot Talon! I’m a freshman majoring in mass communications, and spend my free time reading books and listening to music. I’m looking forward to all the great experiences this opportunity will potentially bring!

Hey, this is Yosef. I've done a lot of different things in the past - cooking, art, cashiering - but I've always loved to create something new, especially if that something is made through writing. To me, the Talon isn't just a job or something to pad my resume - it's a method to put the truth out into the world that places like social media or blogs can't.
