Victory Village is set to host a clothing drive that will benefit the East Texas community.

Closet Clean Out for a Cause, taking place from Nov. 7 to 13, aims to collect gently used clothing from students. Donations will go to local thrift store Hangers of Hope.

Hangers of Hope works to support Bethesda Health Clinic, which provides low-cost healthcare to uninsured Tyler residents. The thrift store offers clothes, shoes, accessories, books, furniture and more

To donate, students must bring their clothes to the front desk at the Victory Village Clubhouse. For each piece of clothing donated, the student will be entered to win an Exam Cram Gift Basket full of mystery items to help the winner during finals season.

The winner of the gift basket will be announced on Nov. 14 on the Victory Village Instagram account.
