When the bright sun hides its rays from our eyes, Harvey Lake attracts the night beauty while opening the splendid views for its visitors. Walking around the lake not only helps to release the tension in our bodies and negative emotions but also provides an opportunity to think about things we have never thought about before and open new perspectives.

Fresh air improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, and indeed improves mental focus. It is essential to take care of ourselves, especially before finals! Finding a balance between studying and relaxing is essential. Evening walks hit differently and can help a lot with stress relief.

Just imagine- it’s quiet outside, the cool wind blows slightly, the noise of nature reveals itself, and our brain tends to relax during these moments. Walking can bring many benefits, so why don’t we try it? Even if you have never walked around our beautiful lake, give it a try.
