For some of us, tests and exams are coming up, so it’s imperative to find the best spot to study. The best way to find a study spot is simply to ask anyone on campus!
Kendra Wlds says that she usually studies at the University Center, since “it’s a walk to get to the Muntz Library.”
“The University Center is closer, and usually around 8 a.m. nobody is there, not even the Chick-fil-a workers,” Wlds says.
If you weren’t aware about the University Center being considered a study area, well, now you are! You might have to wake up a tad early, but nothing beats a quiet, spacious uninterrupted study location.
On the other side of campus, Keundria Hall says that she prefers the Robert R. Muntz Library because of the private study room availability that you can reserve, and because of the tutors.
“I love the tutors, especially in-person, because seeing them explain the problem to me is better than being online,” Hall says.
The PASS Tutoring Center helps students to think critically and to gain independent learning skills, according to the UT Tyler tutoring website.
