Tickets can be purchased at cowancenter.org or at the box office weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At 84, Dylan has no plans of slowing down. “Rough and Rowdy Ways” is a worldwide tour that began in 2021, according to Rolling Stone. The “Rough and Rowdy Ways” album was released in 2020.

To enhance the concert experience, phones will not be allowed during the performance. Phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event, according to the university press release.

“Guests will always maintain possession of their phones and can access them throughout the event at designated ‘Phone Use’ areas in the venue,” Cowan Center Executive Director Ryan Poynter said in a UT Tyler statement. “We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping create a truly immersive, phone‑free viewing experience that lets the music take center stage.”
